Our activities

Through our activities, support and expertise, we aim to:

• Facilitate ways in which  children and youth with deafblindness can access education
• Facilitate conditions for vocational trainings for adolescents and adults with deafblindness
• Devise ways in which people with deafblindness can access health services 
• Provide information and expertise to people with deafblindness  on issues that are critical for their wellbeing 
• Collect, gather and disseminate information about  people with deafblindness and deafblindness

In the upcoming years, our projects and efforts will concentrate on the following:

• Continue to further raise awareness about the needs and issues of people with deafblindness through our tailor made seminars
• Conducting researches and collecting data about people with deafblinenes living in various regions of the country
• Promoting alternative ways of communication, such as tactile, sign language, brail, etc.
• Providing training in brail, sign language, and mobility
• Providing training on the educational needs of deafblind children, especially to teachers and school community
• Providing educational materials for students with deafblindness
• Providing consultancy(counselling services) for people with deafblindness and their families
